1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

2. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Defective product received

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • Product opening/unboxing video may be required for verification.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used products
  • Products damaged by customer misuse
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Items returned without original packaging

4. Refund Process

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be asked to provide bank account details for refund processing.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers may need to bear return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake or damaged/defective product.
